The study

Contaminant paths tested where building and wind interact.

Challenge

Car-park intake and exhaust louvers sit close to occupied zones, a neighbouring boundary and outdoor-air locations along the upper driveway.

Method

A full external airflow and contaminant model tested 15 km/h north-west and 20 km/h south-east winds, the directions most critical to re-ingestion, driveway exposure and neighbour impact.

Outcome

Both scenarios produced effective dilution, no sustained intake accumulation and negligible impact at the eastern neighbouring boundary.
